Hey everybody.  We played "What Can I Say" with Carrie on her Christmas special. We were sick as dogs, all of us, but we wouldn't have missed it for all the tea in china. Carrie was amazing as usual."

We set off on our adventure to make a record not knowing all that was within us to discover, but believing God put us here and that he thinks we have something special to share.

Hey it's Austin. I was just thinking that I haven't blogged in a while, so here goes. Okay so first of all, my life is ridiculous! The past month has been a whirlwind. We changed our band name and I absolutely love it. I think it's the perfect fit. Our mom loves it, so you know it's good:)

Hey everyone. I haven't been online in while ... Sorry for that. I haven't had time just to sit down and gather my thoughts. Now that I'm here and talking to all of you wonderful people, I just want to say that I'm blown away at how this record is coming together."

Since winning The Next Great American Band we've been on a bit of a journey discovering who we are as a group. Although we have grown up playing music together with our family, the three of us hadn't spent much time alone, as a band, making music. So we set out to do just that, play and write together and try new things. During this time we've really grown."

Sons of Sylvia are in the studio working on the new album. "We are taking a while working on our record. We have written over 150 songs in the past months. We are meeting with different producers right now trying to find someone who gets us and wants to make this record amazing. We are so thankful for out management and our label. They are excited about us and they are awesome to work with. We love you and we are thankful for everyone who is praying for us and encouraging us."
